Katie has always wanted to work within healthcare. After experiencing many years of joint problems, it was her childhood Chiropractor who diagnosed the condition. Having experienced first hand the impact that Chiropractic care can have, she knew it was what she wanted to pursue with her career.
Katie believes the continuity of care with her Chiropractor was vital in getting to the root cause of her pain, and this is something that has only been reinforced since qualifying and experiencing a Chiropractor’s perspective.
After graduating with a First Class Honours degree and a Masters in Chiropractic from the AECC University College, she found that taking the time and care to develop an individually tailored treatment programme and build a relationship with her patients is paramount. Not only is it integral to working with them towards their own specific goals, but she also finds it one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Chiropractic, and healthcare as a whole is continually evolving. Katie is committed to lifelong learning to ensure the best level of care for her patients.
When she isn’t working Katie loves getting out in nature and rowing, or taking it easier with a good book, finding new coffee spots and doing some baking.

Nadene’s passion in helping people continues to grow with each year of clinical experience. Since qualifying from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2015, she regularly attends seminars that widens the skills within her manual toolbox. This allows her to create a special combined approach that is unique for every patient. Her main objective when opening Tivoli Chiropractic Clinic in 2018, was to create a space that allows each person to have the time and attention they need, with genuine and authentic care.
Her honest and upfront approach means you will be treated and recommended to as if family. Nadene believes that the body works as one and pain can be influenced by emotional, chemical and physical factors. Her aim is to find the root cause of the problem and educate her patients to understand the reasons for their condition and biomechanics to prevent reoccurrence. She believes and practices regular maintenance care, as it’s realistic to accept that lifestyle perfection does not exist. Regular treatment helps achieve optimal function and prevents compensations when life gets in the way of health habits.
Having experienced a number of bio-mechanical problems since being a teenager, Nadene has enhanced her ability to relate to patients, help set realistic goals and manage the psychological factors that come with injury and pain. Nadene has carried out specialistic training in pregnancy care, hyper-mobility and pain perception pathways. With a personal interest in functional gut health and exercise, she is able to help her patients beyond standard Chiropractic care.
In her spare time, Nadene enjoys long country walks with her dog Kali, travelling the world and renovating properties.
